Types of work currently undertaken:.
- Work to Nestle UK Tutbury ; all aspects of building and maintenance work internally and externally to complete site. Office and toilet refurbishments incorporating remodelling. Developing cyclical programmes for maintenance works in conjunction with Nestle Technical staff.
- Building of a new water treatment works, this sub-contracted package including all masonry, Kingspan roofing system, decoration and high security level personnel and security doors.
- Extensive regeneration work subcontracting to Galliford and Costain Joint Venture with United Utilities Integrated Alliance.
Previous work of note includes:..
- Sub-contracted work for Balfour Beatty in conjunction with Railtrack, providing brickwork cladding to railway bridges and undertaking work in warehouses, workshops and offices.
- Maintenance and refurbishment work of offices, warehouses and workshops for Emergency Fire Services (Marchington Industrial Estate), Evans of Leeds (nationwide industrial parks) and St Modwens (Hilton Business Park).
- Subcontracted work from McAlpine on a new build section of a hospital and associated sub-power station.
- Disabled adaptations for Orbit Group Care and Repair team in Burton. Work ranges from grab rails, level access showers to full extensions with bedroom and bathroom facilities all undertaken to Occupational Therapists recommendations.
